How does it raise your vibe?
EVERYTHING vibrates! Deliberately choosing the vibrations you expose your vibration to can radically change your life for the better!
Today’s practice is about the other kind of nutrition. The kind that comes from the television shows you watch, to the conversations you have, to where you went for dinner, to the walk outside, to household chemicals, to the colours of the wall, to the quality of sleep, to the toothpaste – literally everything! Everything has its own energetic vibration. Some things will vibrate higher than others, some will also have a different effect on your energy compared to mine.
For this practice I want you to assess one or all of these to find potential ‘low vibes’ that you can eliminate immediately or at minimum 1 up yourself:
1 space you find yourself in – i.e. your desk/office or bedroom
Technology – social media, podcasts, music
Conversation – who do you speak to every other day and what is the general vibe of those conversations
